SES Web Admin - Remove an OOB (out-of-band) Device from a User Account

  1. Log in to SES Web as an admin user

  2. Go to the Users page

  3. Select the user account to open the User Properties page

  4. Navigate to the Token tab

  5. Click the Unregister button

  6. The OOB device is successfully removed, and the message "Operation succeeded" is displayed.
