SecureDoc standard installer (SecureDoc_64.exe) is not fully compatible with all Surface models

When using the standard installer (SecureDoc_64.exe) on Surface devices, the installation completes successfully. However, the input devices such as the touchscreen, touchpad, and keyboard do not function at Preboot Logon.
Background
The standard installer (SecureDoc_64.exe) is not compatible with Surface hardware.

SES Server v9.1 SR1 and earlier
All Windows Server OS
All Devices
Windows 11 24H2
Workaround:
To ensure proper functionality on Surface devices, use the Surface specific installer: SecureDoc_Surface_64.exe.
