Background
A driver status change in Windows 11 24H2 breaks SecureDoc SFE.


Environment (OS/hardware/software):

SD Client versions v9.1 and older
Windows 11 24H2
All Devices

Workaround:


Upgrade affected client devices to SecureDoc v9.1 SR1 or higher.
