When setting up a BLE keyfile, a user can run into issues due to a limitation of TToki whereby, if more than 1 device is running the WinMagic authenticator app it will result in the following error message in Securedoc Control Centre when configuring BLE for the first time and self help questions are necessary:

"Either no token/device found, or more than one token/device already connected. Please ensure a single token/device is connected, then retry"

To workaround this error message, simply follow these steps:

  • Kill SDCC
  • Re-launch SDCC
  • Set up self help questions
