1786 (TCP4 Service Binding protocol is not available) On Dell Latitude 5179 Using Network Based Preboot

When you try to use our network based preboot on a Dell Latitude 5179 tablet, you may get this error message:

"TCP4 Service Binding protocol is not available"

Cause: This is a hardware limitation of the Dell Latitude 5179 tablet. This tablet only supports TCP/IP v6 and not TCP/IP v4 at the UEFI BIOS level.

Workaround: At this time there is no way to make our network based preboot work with this tablet. However, you can still log in using a local account with no issues..
