Issue

On warm reboot Dell system does not allow PBConnex to function as NIC is not initialized. This only occurs if system has been rebooted. If fresh shutdown occurs NIC is working allowing PBConnex to authenticate devices against SDconnex.

Probable Causes:

The root cause for this issue is the Intel gig Ethernet driver not able to properly initialize the hardware after a warm reboot, so no packet will be transmitted in that state
