1666 Dell Latitude 7275 Wired Network Interface Card (NIC) issue at PBU Pre-Boot

Issue:

Dell Latitude 7275 failed to perform a network boot from Preboot UEFI (PBU) when on a Wired network

Product version affected:

7.1sr2 to 7.1sr4

Environment (OS/hardware/software):

UEFI BIOS
WinMagic Profile configured for PBU

Work Around:

Issue is tied to UEFI Firmware that requires UEFI Network stack to be enabled.
Navigate to System Configuration -> Integrated NIC -> "Enable UEFI Network Stack" and enabled that setting
