Issue:
SES WEB generates Creating emergency disk failed. Binary boot files under "Win.7.5.106.385" are missing! even though Binary Boot files exist .

Environment:
Windows server
SDConnex and SES WEB component installed (no SES Console)
SecureDoc version 7.5 or higher

Resolution:
When only  SES Web and SDConnex is installed the emergency disk creation process still defaults to SES console logic. Because SES Console is not installed the necessary registry path is not created to point SES Web and SDConnex to use Binary Boot files that exist on that server.

1) Ensure that necessary Binary Boot files exist  C:\Program Files (x86)\WinMagic\SDDB-NT\Binary boot files
2) Create Registry String value for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/WinMagic/CentralDBDirectory
3) Populate that Registry with location of Binary Boot Files  C:\Program Files (x86)\WinMagic\SDDB-NT\Binary boot files
4) Stop Start SDConnex and Restart IIS
5) Log on to SES WEB attempt to create Emergency disk again .
