ISSUE:
In an early release of the Emergency Disk Zip file for SecureDoc 8.2 HF1, there was an issue in which the folder within the zip file was incorrectly labelled with wrong name. Once the file would be unzipped, it resulted in a folder labelled with 8.2.100.1253 instead of the correct labelling as 8.2.001.1253. (see second image).
Due to the incorrect label of the file, this results in client being unable to unable to create Emergency Disks for V8.2 HF1.
Proposed Solution:
Customers can either rename the destination folder (if incorrect) after unzipping the incorrect zip file, or they can simply download the corrected version of this zip file from the following link:
http://downloads.winmagic.info/8.2_HF1/Win.8.2.001.1253.zip
Once correctly renamed, or re-downloaded/unzipped, the directory name should look like this:
