Why am I unable to create emergency disk for 8.2 HF1?
After upgrading to 8.2 HF1, client is unable to create Emergency disk.
Product version affected:
SES 8.2 HF1 [8.2.100.1253]
Probable Cause
It’s likely related to naming of the zip file which was labelled as Win.8.2.100.1253.zip
Proposed Resolution:
Simply re-download the zip file and ensure file is renamed to 8.2.001.1253.
