Issue:

WinMagic SecureDoc installation fails without any errors. Upon looking at C:\program files\winmagic\securedoc-nt\Userdata\sdjob.log import device profile has failed with error code 0x9

Root Cause :
The SecureDoc CD/DVD filter driver (SDDVD.sys) is not present among the drivers in system32\drivers folder on x64 platform

Windows 10 RS1 and RS2 (Creators update) 64bit editions

Workaround

Disable CD\DVD encryption settings from profile and run a fresh install.

Removable Media Encryption setting for CD\DVD
