Issue: Error 1921 could not proceed the installation
Product version affected: SD 6.4SR1 or newer
Environment (OS/hardware/software): Windows 7 64 bit pro. T540p Lenovo
Troubleshooting Steps to Follow: Log Extraction: Please enable the SDService.log before troubleshooting in order to capture where it fails during the installation process. 1. Enable the debugging logs in the registry. In HKLM\Software\WinMagic set a dword key 'DebugEnabled' with a value of 5. 2. Rename the C:\program files\Winmagic\Securedoc-NT\sdservice.exe to sdservice.old. 3. Reboot the pc and then set the SDservice.exe from services.msc to manual. 4. Rerun the installation as administrator to see if it will complete the installation successfully or not. 5. If the installation fails please extract the logs. Please run file ClientSupportInfo.bat in folder C:\Program Files\WinMagic\SecureDoc-NT\Support and send the zip file to Support for analysis.
