Error: Exception occurred during the Rollback phase ... Installing SDConnex on W2008 server with SQL 2008
Symptom:
Users might receive the following error message when registering the SDConnex Service on a Windows 2008 server with SQL 2008.
An exception error occurred during the Rollback phase of the installation. This exception will be ignored and the rollback will continue. However the machine may not fully revert to its initial state after the rollback is complete.

Cause:
User Access Control (UAC) is enabled, and is blocking the installation of the product.
Resolution:
UAC needs to be turned off or users will receive this error (on Windows 2008 Server).
