SecureDoc 8.5 SR1 - SDConnex Feature Installation Error:2753
Issue:
While installing ONLY the “SDConnex /ADSync feature”, Unselected the SecureDoc Enterprise Server Feature and the install wizard failed popping up the Error:2753
Possible causes:
InstallShield contains sd.com.api_x86.exe under the SecDoc Enterprise Server Feature Rather than SDConnex /ADSync feature, So when api_x86.exe runs the file is missing when ONLY the “SDConnex /ADSync feature” is selected.
Product version affected:
SecureDoc 8.5 SR1
Environment (OS/hardware/software):
Windows Server 2016
SQL Server 2016
.NetFramework 4.8
Workaround:
Option 1: Select SecureDoc Enterprise Server Feature During install wizard.
Option 2: Install new build of SES 8.5 SR1
