Error message "Install Script engine is missing from this machine" appears during SecureDoc installation

Symptom

After immediately starting the installation of SecureDoc, it fails with the following InstallShield error:

"The Install Script engine is missing from this machine. If available, please run ISScript.msi"

The installation is unable to continue.

Cause

If the installation fails due to the absence of (or an incompatible version of) the ISScript.msi file, then you may need to update the version of this file.

Resolution

Note: If the above information doesn't help, please reboot your computer and try the installation again.

Please verify your Windows account has sufficient rights to install the software.
