Error 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime
Symptom
The error message "Error 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime" appears when installing SecureDoc either standalone or from a SES installation package.
Cause
This error appears when there are multiple instances of the SD installation application running at the same time.
Resolution
Make sure that you run only one instance of the installation application and that you allow the installation to finish.
