STOP: 0x0000006B PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED message appears in Blue Screen Halt

After installing the SecureDoc Client on certain device types, the device can crash, presenting a Blue Screen (BSOD) with the following message:

STOP: 0x0000006B (Parameter1, Parameter2, Parameter3, Parameter4)

PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

In this situation, the device type in question was a Dell E6400 laptop.

Where SecureDoc has been partially installed, if this error appears, this is effectively a fatal error.

The user will have to re-image the disk and re-install the information from a backup.

Note: Microsoft has a standard document to handle this eventuality for a device running Windows but it does NOT provide any help where SecureDoc is partially installed. For the full document at Microsoft's website click on this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981833/
