Symptom:
I have downloaded your SecureDoc Enterprise Server, but when I run the installation package, it seems to install correctly, but it is asking to encrypt my server Hard drive.
I am not interested in encrypting my server hard drive. Have I done something wrong?
Cause:
This occurs if you have downloaded and tried to install the SecureDoc Standalone Edition, and not the (desired) SecureDoc Enterprise Server.
Resolution:
Please contact your Account Manager or WinMagic Technical Support to receive the correct download links.
