After installing SecureDoc Enterprise Server, I am asked to encrypt my hard drive(s)
Symptom
I have downloaded your SecureDoc Enterprise Server, but when I run the installation package, it seems to install correctly, but it is asking to encrypt my server Hard drive. I am not interested in encrypting my server hard drive. Have I done something wrong?
Cause
This occurs if you have downloaded and tried to install the SecureDoc Standalone Edition, and not the (desired) SecureDoc Enterprise Server.
Resolution
Please contact your Account Manager or WinMagic Technical Support to receive the correct download links.
