Issue:

Client PCs running Windows 11 24H2 are facing BSOD issues after applying the March 2025 security update. The issue is resolved if SecureDoc Client 9.1 SR1 and newer is installed.

Cause:

The SecureDoc version 9.1 or older does not support the SFE feature on Windows 11 24H2.

Resolution:

To resolve the BSOD issue, upgrade SecureDoc to version 9.1 SR1 or newer. Follow these steps:

  1. Download the SecureDoc 9.1 SR1 or newer version from the provided PDF link.

  2. Install the SecureDoc minimum 9.1 SR1 or newer on the affected Windows 11 24H2 devices.

  3. Ensure that the installation is performed on the relevant devices only, as SES upgrade is not required for this process.
