Case: The device profile has self-learning turned on but incorrect data has been collected and saved. There was a bug in 8.6 through 8.6 SR1 that in some cases this would occur. It was fixed in 8.6 SR1 HF1
In this scenario a device may seem to randomly switch from PBLU to PBU. This will happen no matter what the profile has, what the KnownConfigs has, or if you manually change it in the SecureDoc Control Centre without deleting the .OVR files.
To clear this incorrect data run a simple query in the SQL Management Console:
select * from dbo.selflearnedconfigs;
DELETE FROM dbo.selfLearnedConfigs;
This will clear the table of ALL self-learned data.
