From time to time, WinMagic will release an updated Mac client in DMG format to ensure compatibility with the latest macOS releases. To install the latest macOS release, please do the following:
- Browse to the MacFV folder: C:\Program Files (x86) -> WinMagic -> SDDB-NT -> Binary Installation Files -> MacFv
- Rename the existing DMG file in the folder to “_old”, and then copy in the new DMG from the download link.
- Next, open the SES Management Console, click on the Installation Package node on the left, and then right-click your active Mac installation package and select “Create Package Files”
- Lastly, right-click on the Mac package again and select “Browse Package Files”. You will see your newly updated DMG package that you can start using to install on your Mac systems.
The latest macOS client is 8.3000.497 and can be obtained by opening a ticket with WinMagic Technical Support.
