SecureDoc v9.2 SR1 Mac OS client incompatible with some Mac OS versions.
There is a known issue with the SES Server v9.2 SR1 where it creates Mac OS client installers for the wrong version of SecureDoc. The v9.2 SR1 SES still creates v9.2 clients for Mac OS instead.
Workaround
This can be corrected by downloading the correct version here:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.winmagic.info/SD9.2SR1/MacDmg/9.2001.284/SDFVMac.dmg
Then replace the existing file in C:\Program Files (x86)\WinMagic\SDDB-NT\Binary Installation Files\ for Mac OS with this version. The SES Server console will now generate the correct v9.2 SR1 DMG going forward.
