Does SecureDoc support macOS Mojave?
Apple has recently announced that it will launch its next major OS update – macOS Mojave (10.14) – on September 24, 2018. WinMagic is confident that we will offer support for macOS Mojave within three weeks of the release.
Our updated SecureDoc for macOS client will include:
- Support for macOS Mojave (10.14)
- End of Support for Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10) and earlier versions
- Updated Apple Certificate within the installer package
IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers should not upgrade to macOS Mojave until the release of the new SecureDoc for macOS client is available. WinMagic will issue an announcement with upgrade instructions as soon as the new client is ready for download.
How Do I Prepare?
Customers running SecureDoc on Apple devices will need to upgrade to the latest SecureDoc for macOS client (once available), prior to updating their systems to macOS Mojave. For devices running OS X Yosemite and earlier, customers will need to update systems to OS X El Capitan or later prior to the SecureDoc upgrade.
