Topic:
This article discusses an issue detected by one client who installed the SecureDoc client software, including boot logon, but SecureDoc is not able to encrypt the device.

Environment:
Affects all versions of SD
Probable Cause:
The BitLocker was already enabled and encrypted the device.
Resolution:
- All other encryption software should be removed first before installing SD.
- Client must also log into the SecureDoc's Control Center with Admin credentials and remove the boot logon, and uninstall SecureDoc.
- Restart the device and then re-run the SD installation.
