Issue:
Unable to display Bitlocker Recovery Key information from SESWeb Console in 7.1 and 7.1 SR1.
Symptom:
Server console does show the BitLocker Recovery Key Information.
Client agent versions does not make a difference the key information for any bitlocker drive is not showing up when viewed in the web console.
SESWeb crashed and generate the displayed 500 error code.
Probable Causes:
Currently under investigation SD-16889
Product version affected:
Current bug with 7.1 and 7.1SR1
Environment:
Windows 8.x and 10 OS
Resolution:
To be resolve in SES 7.2
