Issue:
Encrypted device may exhibit the following SDPin error: SDService is not running
Service is set to start automatically but does not start.
When started manually the service stops after a few seconds.
Cause:
The CmpTrWmi.dll is related to "PC Theft Recovery" (by Absolute Software).
There is a component in SDService.exe that integrates with Absolute's software, and this may be causing the crash.

Environment (OS/hardware/software):
Windows OS and devices
PC Theft Recovery software
Solution/Workaround:
Step 1:
Check the Application Event Viewer Log for the following error:
"Faulting application name: SDService.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x4a672901
Faulting module name: CmpTrWmi.dll ...."
Step 2:
Rename the FDEBMODL.dll to FDEBMODL.old in the SecureDoc installation folder and then re-start SDService.
