Issue:
When setting up SESWeb, it is not able to obtain the ready to use Instance.
Troubleshoot:
1. Obtain the Base64 Decode error message:
2. Translate the error message:
SES.Web.Core.SesException: Unable to obtain ready to use instance
at SES.Web.Core.WcfClient.SESWcfRetryPolicy.ExecuteWithRetry(Func`1 action)
at SES.Web.DataAccess.Services.DataAccessCacheManager.Disable
3. Ensure the client properly setup the SESWeb properly.
4. Asked for screenshots of the error
Solution:
The change was to use ports 9090 and 9091 in the SDConnex for the Web admin.
SDConnex Service --> Communication tab --> change the port - Service values from Web Management Service 8080 - AcS: 8081 to 9090 and 9091.
