1353 SDConnex crashed when accessing Group reports via SDWeb 6.5x

Client may experience the following issue when clicking on Group Reports in SDWEB and selected Groups with PBConnex access. A few minutes later get the server error message, "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx:8080.
The SDConnex service stop running after that.

We have attached the SQL script which will modify one of the database views that are serving the report.
The modified view will return only required records and columns for this report so it will decrease the volume of data retrieved from database. In future version of SD, we will add this improvement, thus allowing the PBN Groups report to not return all groups and causing sdconnex to run out of memory.
