How to create a second account that has same rights and privileges as the SES root admin account
The attached PDF contains instructions that should only be used where necessary by a WM Support Tech or PSE to aid a customer in the (rare) situation that they cannot log into their SES master key file (the one that's over all the others). This is an exceedingly rare occurrence, so this article should rarely be needed.
