Error 7885: Please contact WinMagic Technical Support
The error "Error 7885 : Please contact WinMagic Technical Support" appears when the user logs into boot logon (via PBConnex). Note: This error is related to "Error 0x0000780f: User name does not exist". Cause This error may be occurring because the user account does not exist in the SES database; when "Authenticate users against AD" is enabled, users must exist in both SES and AD.
Resolution Synchronize the user account into SES from AD. |
