Symptom The error message "System is locked now, please contact WinMagic Technical Support" appears after I log into boot logon (before Windows starts). Cause Boot logon is temporarily locked if you enter the wrong credentials three times in a row. This feature prevents malware from gaining access to the system. Resolution Re-boot the computer to unlock boot logon. If the option "maximum number of failed logins" has been set (with a numeric value), then you must unlock the locked key file. To do this, login with a keyfile that has administrator privileges.
