Here is an updated WinPE tool that hopefully will make our life easier in troubleshooting (from an email from Roghen Sabapathee, Jan 2015)

DEV has been busy improving the functionality of SDRecovery. Among the major improvements, is the ability to analyze and repair MBR/SDpace and UEFI BootOrder.
(More details will be released soon once the documentation is finalized and updated by PM Team)
