1103-Error Boot logon database too long

Symptom

When I try logging into Boot Logon with a user account, I receive an error "Database too long".

Cause

The key file you are logging in with is too large. This could be because you have added too many AES encryption keys.
Key files that are added to Boot Logon can only have up to 15 AES encryption keys.

Resolution

Confirm how many AES encryption keys are assigned to this key file. If there are more than 15, you will have to remove some of them.
