1070-Error 7212- Problem ascertaining which MBR to read - may be other storage devices plugged in

Symptom

Error 0x7212 is displayed after authenticating at the SecureDoc Boot Logon

Cause

If there is a USB attached storage device, SecureDoc may be looking at this drive to complete the authentication.

Resolution

Detach USB storage devices.
Reboot device and attempt to sign in again.
Storage devices can be connected again once booted to Windows.
