If the client is running into issues during installation of the SecureDoc or SES software, it may be necessary to get additional log files from the installation.
The command-line switches shown below will create a log file under the root of C called logfile.txt.
These switches are arguments for the Microsoft Installer.
From a command prompt, add the following switches to the end of the executable you are running.
/V"/l*vx c:\logfile.txt"
Example:
SecureDoc_32.exe /V"/l*vx c:\logfile.txt"
