Error: The system cannot find the file specified

Symptom: During a SecureDoc upgrade, the error message "SecureDoc: The system cannot find the file specified" appears.


Cause: SDPin must be run with administrative rights; the current Windows account does not have the appropriate rights to read and write to the "WinMagic\SecureDoc-NT\userdata folder.

 

Resolution: Log into a Windows account with administrative rights and try the upgrade again.
