Error -115: SecureDoc installation error
Symptom
The error message "An error occurred during move data process: -115" appears while SecureDoc is being installed.
Cause
This error occurs because an older copy of the file MSXML4 exists on your computer.
Resolution
Open Windows Explorer and look for the file MSXML4.dll in the System32 folder.
Rename it to MSXML4.old.
