Environment (OS/hardware/software):
SES 9.2.000.63
Server: VMWare Windows Server 2022, SQL 2022
Client: HP EliteBook 830 G9 Windows 11 23H2 (22631.4541) Pro PBLU HWE
Fingerprint model: Synaptics FS7605 Touch Fingerprint Sensor with PurePrint(TM)
Also occurs on the device "Lenovo E15 Gen 4 Windows 10-21H1" with the "Goodix fingerprint" fingerprint model.
Workaround:
This issue does not occur when switching to PBU preboot version.
Browse to "Control Panel" and turn off fast startup under "Power Options". This issue then does occur.
Fast start-up in combination with PBLU interferes with the fingerprint sensor and makes it unusable on Windows
