Issue:
At preboot user selects Self-Help option to recover his password , but is faced with Black Screen PBA Return 139 error.
After hitting Self-Help Answer the following screen is generated

Legacy BIOS using PBL (preboot Linux)
UEFI Devices using PBLU(Preboot Linux on UEFI)
Root Cause.
Issue is caused by Preboot only supporting up to 7 questions to be displayed.
Once more than 7 questions are answered the preboot is unable to scale the GUI and crashes.
On the SecureDoc Enterprise Server the questions are restricted to have answers to 7 questions MAX
But Installation Package and Client Installation do not restrict this and allow users to answer more than 7 questions
