Description:

By Default this feature is disabled for security reasons.
However this feature can be enabled to confirm the identify of user calling in for Challenge Response.

To access the Challenge Response feature of SES WEB
Select specific  User > User Advanced >Challenge Response >

This feature was introduced in SES Version 6.3

Configuration Change:

Navigate to where SecureDoc Enterprise Server is installed or where SDconnex +SES WEB components are installed.
1)By default C:\Program Files (86)\WinMAgic\SDDB-NT\SDWEB and acces Web.Config file
2)locate key value of ChallengeResponseQuestionAnswerMode
3)set Value="1" and save the file
4)Restart IIS
5)Web admin will be able to see Self Help questions now



After web.config change and IIS restart




***NOTE***
Re-running SES WEB Config will reset this value
