Issue:
After installing SecureDoc 7.1 SR1, Microsoft App-V 5.0 (Microsoft Application Virtualization) applications locally installed on the device will no longer work. 

Symptom:
Applications (i.e. Chrome.exe) that utilize Microsoft App-V features will no longer launches and they immediately displays the error
“The file cannot be accessed by the system”.



Product version affected:
SD Versions 7.1 SR1

Environment (OS/hardware/software):
Windows 7

Informational Gathering and Troubleshooting:
-User Data folder
-Application and System event logs

Resolution:
Upgrade Microsoft App-V to version 5.1
