Issue: During the installation, SecureDoc fails to load to the boot logon and causes the error message err 1 and err 3

Environment (OS/hardware/software): Reported: HP Pavilion dv9000, HP 6000, (consumer model) All Windows OS platforms WinMagic version 5.x
Solution/Workaround: 1) At Preboot Logon enter Configuration page 2) Provide Administrator name and Password , do not hit "Enter " but hit F8 3) This will display Boot Configuration 4) Changed to MBR Access mode need to apply . Default value is 0 , change value from o to 1 5) Hit save and check Operating System (OS) can load 6) If OS failed to load apply step 2 -4 again changing MBR Access mode to 2 or 3 or 4
7) RemoveBL.exe to remove the boot logon if the device has boot logon installed ONLY and it has not been encrypted. for further instructions please reference KB 1061
