This temporary article is intended to supplement the documentation and other materials until those have been brought up-to-date.
As of October 2012, it is not made clear in other resources that, in order to install SecureDoc Enterprise Server V5.3SR4, both the .NET 3.5SP1 and .NET 4.0 run-time environments must be installed on the server intended to house SES.
Once the appropriate documentation has been updated, this article will no longer be necessary and will be decommissioned.
