How to switch to SecureDoc V4 Boot Logon
You may need to switch to the SecureDoc v4 boot logon if you have compatibility issues with the v5 boot logon.
- Login to the SecureDoc Control Center with an administrator account.
- Select Boot Control from the list on the left side of the SecureDoc Control Center.
- Select Advanced Settings
- On the top right section, select the option "Use v4 boot logon only".
- In the lower right corner of the screen, click Apply.
There is no need to reboot the machine after this change.
