How to save OSA Recovery Files if SDConnex unreachable during Installation
You can follow these instructions on how to obtain the necessary .dbk file and .enc file when installing OSA - for example in case SDConnex is down, unavailable during the installation.
1. Power off and on the machine and boot the client from USB or PXE Server to SecureDoc Install/Uninstall GUI 2. Click on Install button 3. When doing OSA installation, Press F8. The "save recovery files information" dialog pops up. 4. Insert USB flash drive, the USB is automatically detected 5. Click that USB and then click Save button, the .dbk and .Enc files can be are created and stored in the USB.
