Logs accessible during Pre-Boot OSA

The following Log Files can be accessed in the Pre-Boot Linux environment, and may contain information valuable to assessing why a device is not behaving correctly.

Pre-Boot Linux

/wm/pba.log
/wm/pbl.log
Support.tar.gz:
- Created by pressing F7 at PBL
- Exports several SW and HW logs to an archive file

For pre-boot Support.tar.gz, it now can be collected after authentication.

Steps to collect logs after authentication

1. Enter user id and password.
2. Press F8 to enter into configuration page.
3. Set "Collect Log Files" to "Yes".
4. Click "Return" and save the log files to a USB memory stick.

It may be helpful to problems after successful login.

When the user gets any pre-boot error (normally pre-boot shows error code), he should be asked to use the F7 key to create and save the log into a "gzipped tarball" archive file named support.tar.gz
