USB keyboard does not work on HP NC6000 laptop

Symptom

After installing SecureDoc and encrypting the laptop, the USB keyboard doesn't work at pre-boot.

Cause

The BIOS might not support USB at pre-boot.

Resolution

Boot into your BIOS settings, and enable USB legacy support.

Note: In some cases, USB hardware may not be supported at pre-boot.
Check your BIOS version.
