Title:
Client device unable to communicate with SES Server after upgrade.
Topic:
Client device upgraded from v9.0 SR3 to v9.1 build 1260 through MS Intune. After the upgrade the client cannot communicate with SES Server.
Environment (OS/hardware/software):
Client device upgraded from v9.0 SR3 to v9.1 build 1260
Client has 3 hard disks, and the boot disk (OPAL SED) is the 3rd one
From the disk layout, disk #2 has WMSD partition existing (1GB) created from the previous SecureDoc client installation
The Issue:
WMSD does not have enough free space (must be sequential as well) as the partition is not big enough.
Workaround:
Login to the SecureDoc Control Center with a SecureDoc admin account, and temporarily change the Pre-boot mode to PBU, and then update the Boot Logon. Since PBU requires a lot small file for the WMG, it will succeed on the WMSD.
The Solution:
See SD-46438 for more information.
