WinMagic has tested Windows 10 April 2018 Update/RS4 and discovered the following issues that are mentioned below. Where applicable, workarounds are documented. This document will be updated when new information becomes available.

A customer facing KB can be found if you search for KB 1748 which is free to send to customers.

Issues found during testing:

1. 7.5SR1 / 8.2 with SFE enabled -> upgrade from RS3 -> RS4 -> FAILED (SD-26170)
   Workaround: Disable SFE before OS upgrading and re-enable SFE after OS upgraded

2. 8.2 with SSO enabled and on HWE system -> upgrade from RS3 -> RS4 -> FAILED (SD-26150)
   Workaround: Disable SSO before OS upgrading and re-enable SSO after OS upgraded
   Note1: This issue only happens with 8.2;
   Note2: Issue has reported to Microsoft

3. The Start Menu options of Windows are disabled when SFE enabled (SD-26212)
   Workaround: Disable SFE

4.  Automatic Repair screen displayed after update Windows 10RS2 to Windows 10RS4 by Windows Update with Secure Boot enabled (SD-26450)
    Workaround: Disable SecureBoot if the OS has already been upgraded and goes to the automatic repair screen. If the the system has not been upgraded, please see option one in KB 1752 for directions on how to avoid this for an ONLINE upgrade.

5. Password sync does NOT work after upgrade SDClient from Windows 10RS2 to Windows 10 RS4 (SD-26473)
   Workaround: To be determined
